Our Values

When working with new companies and new people, they quickly learn our values,
our direction and our high performance standards.
Quality Is Our Passion

We have a high standard of work and this is reflected in our finished product. The whole team believes in producing the best quality work possible and we are constantly innovating the way we do things to produce a better result.

Efficient Communication

We believe that efficient communication is effective communication. Quick time frame projects are made attainable when the communication throughout the company is flowing freely. Top to bottom, side to side – we believe in efficient communication.

Extreme Ownership

Like well trained Navy Seals we instil ownership into our team from the bottom up. We want our whole team to be fully engaged in our projects and we do that successfully by creating a team of leaders and an attitude of extreme ownership.

On Time, Every Time

Being in the commercial interior business we know and respect that time is money. We want to offer our clients the best time frame possible without compromising on the quality of finish. Throughout the team we have the drive to complete projects on time, every single time.

Organisation Is Key

We value organisation highly. It might sound obvious but we truly believe we do this better than most other companies in our space. Our planning rhythms lead to success. Whether it’s a weekly pre-brief, a daily site huddle or a Friday debrief, we organise every job like the true professionals we are.

Lateral Thinking

Thinking outside the box. Thinking creatively. Thinking of the bigger picture. Call it what you will but we solve our issues by stepping back, looking at the bigger picture and creatively thinking outside the box.

Go the Extra Mile

We always want the best outcome for our clients and sometimes that means doing something a little extra. A last minute change of plan, an additional scope of work or just leaving the site extra clean and tidy, we’ll find a way to go the extra mile.

Fluro; The New Suit

This value aligns us as a company. Just because we don’t step into a suit and tie each morning doesn’t mean we’re not true business professionals. We carry out everything we do with passion and importance. For us, the suit is out and fluro is in. For us fluro IS the new suit.

…for the last six years. With a passion for creating amazing spaces with real purpose, Mick’s favourite job to date is the ‘Trees’ feature joinery project at Colonnades Shopping Centre. He’s driven, enthusiastic and motivated and when he’s not at work (which isn’t often) he enjoys barbequing with family and friends and keeping fit by walking his dalmatian, Margot.

“I am most proud of the team that we have put together and the company culture that has been created. From our experienced trades on site to our new apprentices in the workshop, everyone gels together to make a project happen all whilst enjoying their day’s work with a joke and a smile” – Mick Croudace.

A self-proclaimed ‘beautiful singer’ the office is never a dull place to be. When she’s not bending over backwards at work, she’s bending over a Pilates reformer or walking her dog Margot on the beach.

Before handover we carry out a ‘defect inspection’ where our project manager and foreman meet on site to mark any works that aren’t meeting the high standard we expect.
