As part of our ongoing partnership with Retire Australia, we are committed to fully refurbishing outdated units before new residents move in.

For this project, the complete refurbishment of the unit began with the demolition of the existing kitchen, bathroom, ensuite, and laundry. This allowed for the installation of modern, upgraded facilities. Key upgrades included new tiling in the wet areas and kitchen splashback, a contemporary shower screen, and the replacement of sanitary fixtures and appliances. The unit also received new joinery, flooring throughout, and updated electrical systems.
