Located just off The Parade Norwood, 166c has been family owned and managed for generations.  Croudace Constructs were engaged to convert the tired-looking space and building façade for the business owner and passionate artist Gerard Mignot to host art workshops accompanied with French cuisine, both a lifetime passion he wanted to showcase together.
