Medi Pedi is an Adelaide based chain of foot and hand clinics that specialise in combining the knowledge and skills of podiatry with the indulgent experience of beauty therapy.
We are proud to say that we constructed Medi Pedi’s first concept store on King William Road back in 2016 and since then have helped them to open two more stores – Norwood and Glenelg.
When Georgie and Tom got in contact to say they were opening their third store we were thrilled to take care of another project for them. They were looking for another upmarket, quality fit out that kept their branding theme from the last two stores.

Their chosen site had the small issue of no ‘in-shop’ toilet and still had the majority of the former tenants fit out in place. Not to mention that during demolition our team recognised hidden asbestos. All of which had to be sorted within budget and prior to the opening date.
Prior to Medi Pedi signing the lease for the potential tenancy we arranged our plumbing team to check out the site to confirm they could install a new toilet without too much additional expense. During the design stage we worked with both the client and their chosen architect to highlight expensive materials that could be easily swapped for cost effective substitutes. Once our demo team were on site and had discovered the asbestos floor coverings, we arranged pricing and set time frames for the removal. We dealt with this quickly and effectively.
The result? The third addition to Medi Pedi’s growing chain is our client’s favourite so far. The light flows from the street to the back effortlessly thanks to the clever use of glazed partitions and nib walls. The new materials blend with those of the first two stores creating a beautiful, natural feeling space. All of which was done on budget and with minimal delays to the programme.
