Their current building contractor was not achieving deadlines consistently and therefore creating problems for not just the client but also their incoming village residents. They were not living up to expectations set by the client in other areas and the communication between the client and the builder was breaking down.
We brought in a systematic approach to these projects. Firstly, breaking down the projects into stages and then through constant planning and debriefing, we ensure each stage targets are met to keep overall project deadlines under control.
To keep job costs consistent, we spent time with suppliers and subcontractors to set rates and pricing. We input this information into a custom-built quoting system meaning we can provide costs to our client extremely quickly compared to industry standards.
We improved the communication flow with the client by providing regular updates to programmes and any issues that need to be addressed.
Lastly, we have all projects overseen by a dedicated and talented site foreman who is passionate about delivering the highest quality result for our client, whilst focussing on the safety of our construction team always.
We are now providing multiple refurbishment services to an exceptionally high standard whilst consistently meeting the deadlines expected of us. We have now completed over $3M of refurbishment works for our client and we continue to provide project services as a preferred supplier.
The client has provided great feedback about the high quality of finish and on numerous occasions our work has been seen by directors and upper tier management of the company and received more and more positive feedback.
