Rose Family Chiropractic contacted Croudace Constructs during lease negotiations on a new tenancy, during which we offered high-level input on the ‘make good’ requirements to assist with the handover of the space.
We promoted partnered with Jacob Design and Visualisation to commence the design process having visibility of the ‘lease free period’ to ensure we could design and fit-out during this timeframe.
The design team spent a considerable amount of time understanding the existing business operations, demonstrating the new room sizes and circulation around specialist equipment as well as lighting and storage requirements for client and consultants to interact comfortably.
Layout for the new tenancy was required to include x5 Consultant Rooms, Reception and Waiting Area with product display, Corridor hand wash and drinking station as well as an upgrade of on-site amenities. Aluminium framed, glazed partitions invite natural light into each consult room with privacy achieved by transparent window film.
Key elements of design is showcased through the Joinery with the use of timber battens to the front face of the Reception Counter and divider screening. With the finer design details featured throughout with joinery and door hardware, gold tapware and gold colour trims and skirtings.
With an emphasis on acoustic properties, Croudace incorporated decorative echo panelling within a number of consult rooms and have since returned to site to install additional acoustic materials, easily achieved once a client has settled in their new space.
