The project began with the demolition of the old kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. We then installed new tiling in the wet areas and kitchen splashback, along with a contemporary shower screen, new sanitary fixtures, and modern appliances. To maximise storage and modernise the space, custom joinery was added throughout, including a built-in wardrobe. The flooring was updated with stylish wood-look floors, fresh carpet, and new tiling. The entire unit underwent an electrical upgrade and a complete repaint ensured the unit felt fresh and finished.

The unit is now a stylish yet functional and low-maintenance home, ready for its next resident to move in and make it their own.
